This notice follows Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE). It gives the legal information for the Kairana website (kairana.es):

2. General terms of use

The Kairana website has two purposes. The first is to present the brand and its products. The second is to let users buy the products in the online store and open the guided meditations from the customer portal. If you use any function of the site, you fully and expressly accept these terms. The specific terms of the purchase (terms of sale) and of the customer portal also apply.

3. Customer account and access to the meditations

The user can create an account in the customer portal. The user must give true data and keep the login credentials secret. The user is responsible for the activity of the account.

Access to the meditations depends on the purchase of the kit (or the purchase of the meditation, when it is sold separately) and on the redemption of the code on the QR card. Access is personal. The user must not share, copy, bulk-download, redistribute, or publicly communicate the audio. [NOMBRE Y APELLIDOS] can suspend an account that breaks this rule.

The meditations are wellness and relaxation content. They are not medical treatment. They do not replace the advice of a health professional. They are not for the diagnosis or cure of any disease.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

[NOMBRE Y APELLIDOS] or its collaborators own all elements of the website. Intellectual and industrial property rights protect them. This includes the structure, design, source code, logos, images, texts, the “Kairana” brand, and the audio recordings of the meditations.

“Framing” is prohibited. Any third-party mechanism that changes the design, original configuration, or content of the site is prohibited.

You must not use, copy, distribute, publicly communicate, or transform the content without the prior and express authorization of [NOMBRE Y APELLIDOS]. With the purchase, the user receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to listen to the meditations through the portal.

[NOMBRE Y APELLIDOS] recognizes the intellectual and industrial property rights of third parties. A mention of third-party products or services does not mean endorsement or sponsorship. If you think the site infringes your rights, write to [EMAIL DE CONTACTO].

5. Liability

[NOMBRE Y APELLIDOS] does not guarantee that the website is free from errors or interruptions, or that its content is current. It will make reasonable efforts to prevent and correct them. The person who accesses the site or uses its information is solely responsible for that use.

8. Data subject rights

Data protection law gives you these rights: access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time. They are personal and non-transferable. The data subject exercises them after proof of identity.
